Attorney Allison M. Ahern graduated from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Certificate in Communication Studies, cum laude, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Ahern is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Attorney Ahern has a variety of experience in Employment-based Immigration, specializing in EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-1C Petitions for green card classification, as well as National Interest Waivers and PERM Petitions. Attorney Ahern is also capable of handling Family-based Immigration Petitions and several Employment-based Non-Immigrant (temporary) Visas, including H-1B, H-2B, H-3, O, P, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, and E-2. In addition to her practice at MT Law, Attorney Ahern currently takes Immigration Cases pro bono through Kids In Need of Defense in Boston.
