Attorney Fallon has had a distinguished legal career for over 30 years with admission to the bar in seven states in the United States including Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Texas, Pennsylvania and Alaska. Since 1980, Attorney Fallon has served as a Trial Attorney for both the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and the Department of Homeland Security during which period of time Attorney Fallon processed over 7,000 immigration cases. After retired from the Department of Homeland Security, Attorney Fallon has worked as the Of-Counsel at MT Law, managing all Immigration Court matters.

Attorney Fallon can handle any and all Immigration matters, DHS interviews, all Immigration Court matters, and any and all Visas needed. His immigration and litigation related experience including:

  • 1,000 Individual Hearings, and over 6,000 Master Calendar cases in Immigration Court at New York City.
  • The Supervision of ten professionals in the litigation unit of a major insurance company for three years.
  • 80 civil and criminal jury trials, 20 District Court bench trials, and 800 Grand Jury Presentments.
  • 55 Mediations, 26 Arbitrations, and 120 Workers’ Compensation hearings.
  • Three Years as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York City.
