    The Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) has finalized and published new regulations which were proposed for comments in December 2015, and are set to go into effect as of January 17, 2017.     According to the Chart A Final Action Dates for Employment-Based Preference Cases, First Preference EB-1 category remains current for all countries.
