Consular Processing

The consular processing of immigrant visas allows immigrants who have an approved application for immigrant status (usually Form I-140 or I-130) to apply for entry to the United States, where they will receive their green card. This process requires submitting Form DS-260 to a U.S. consulate in the immigrant’s home country and submitting additional documents. The applicants are also interviewed before their immigrant visas are approved.

Our team of immigration attorneys has extensive experience working with foreign nationals and U.S. consulates around the world to ensure the smooth and timely issuance of visas abroad. Please contact us today to schedule a consultation.
