Trademark and Copyright Law

Mr. Wang (an alias) and his partner established a beverage store in an American state. Mr. Zhang chose a logo that was fairly popular and planned to apply to register this logo with the U.S. trademark office. An China Concept Center professional trademark lawyer helped Mr. Wang search for any similar preexisting trademarks and discovered that a similar trademark already existed. Since clients liked the logo, Mr. Wang hoped that he could continue using it. The China Concept Center lawyer suggested that Mr. Wang redesign the logo’s image and helped submit the new logo to the trademark office. The trademark office initially gave Mr. Wang a denial notification, but after our trademark lawyers helped Mr. Wang prepare and submit a reply, the trademark office finally approved Mr. Wang’s case and published his logo.
