Wuyan (Joe) Zhou

Joe is assisting the preparation of a wide variety of tax return forms to be filed with both the Internal Revenue Service and the state governments’ taxation departments.

Joe’s responsibilities also include conducting research on most recent IRS rules and regulations, and identify any potential issues with the clients’ tax strategies.

Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences; develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology, and maintain client’s trust account.
